That's the spirit behind the space I'm building for women ready to bet on themselves.
An intimate evening for women ready to bet on themselves. A room to connect, dream bigger, and put AI to work as the ultimate partner and accelerant to build what they've been carrying.
It's the kind of gathering I wish I'd walked into when I was keeping my own ideas quiet. So I'm building it, and I plan to keep hosting it.
Women own 14.2 million businesses in the US, generating $2.8 trillion a year. In 2024, women started close to half of all new businesses, up from 29% in 2019. A 69% jump in five years.
These founders are scaling differently than the generations before them. They're using AI as leverage from day one, doing the work of larger teams and creating more value with less capital. This is the shift, and the women leading it aren't asking for permission.
Running my own ventures, I've put AI to work as real leverage, doing the work of a much larger team. That's the same advantage I help these founders find. Not AI for its own sake, but the thing that lets one person move like many.
The fundamentals are the same ones I bring to technology companies. Sharp positioning. A clear read on who you're building for. Words for what you do that make the right person lean in. The strategy that creates pull. The founder just needs them in her hands, and a room full of people who get it.
A community helping women lead in the AI era. I sit on the steering committee for the Seattle chapter.
